		October 21, 2022 We recently had the opportunity to share what makes credit unions so special, with local ABC viewers in Houston.

		May 13, 2022 California State University, Channel Islands' mascot, Ekho turned 9 and we had to join the celebration! We had TONS of fun at Dolphinpalooza with all of the students including amazing food trucks, free giveaways and tons of activities. Thank you, California State University Channel Islands for the invite. We look forward to next year’s invitation.

		May 12, 2022 We had the pleasure of attending and supporting Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme's Great Futures for Kids Breakfast community rally. We enjoyed listening to Dr. Jose M. Hernandez’s inspirational story as he transitioned from a farmworker to a NASA astronaut. The breakfast was in support of the club programs that ensure children grow up to graduate high school and achieve self-sufficiency, along with strong character and leadership. Thank you for the invitation, we hope to continue working together to help make a difference in our community.

		May 9, 2022 Recently, our partner Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) invited us to their 3rd annual Low Rider Car Show & Resource Fair and of course, we couldn’t say no! We had a great time with all the festivities looking at low riders, listening to live music and supporting our community partner. Thank you, ACE for inviting us!

		April 28, 2022 Our President & CEO, Rudy Pereira had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at CSUN Baseball's game against USC! As a CSUN Alum, Rudy was proud to support and cheer on his fellow Matadors. Thank you CSUN for hosting this amazing day - we look forward to cheering you on, this season.

		March 23, 2022 We are extremely excited to announce that Premier America has entered a multi-year partnership with California State University, Northridge! The long-term commitment supports events and programs that benefit students and alumni and includes the renaming of the university’s athletics facility after the credit union. The Matadome — home to CSUN’s men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams — will be renamed Premier America Credit Union Arena. The entire credit union looks forward to building a strong partnership with CSUN to financially empower its athletics, student body, faculty and alumni communities. 		March 8, 2022 Premier America stands in solidarity with women all over the world to raise awareness against bias, and forge towards a world that’s DIVERSE, EQUITABLE, and INCLUSIVE. Today, we strike a pose to #BreaktheBias in our communities, in our workplaces, and in our schools. Together, we can break the bias, on International Women’s Day and beyond.

		December 23, 2021 61 committed racers, 9 teams, and over $6,400 raised! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Annual Virtual 1K 5K! With the money raised, the Foundation will be able to continue our efforts in helping improve the financial well-being of our community in 2022.

		December 10, 2021 On December 10^th, members of the Premier America team joined 350 underserved children at Northridge Hospital Foundation’s Holiday Jam to celebrate the Holiday Season with carnival games, arts and crafts, food, a visit and photo with Santa and a bag full of gifts to take home. Premier America Credit Union was once again honored to sponsor this event by hosting the face painting and color hair spray station for this children’s holiday extravaganza.

		December 5, 2021 On Sunday, December 5th, the Premier America team helped spread some holiday cheer and officially kick off the holiday season at the 38th Annual Granada Hills Holiday Parade. Thank you to the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce & the Granada Hills Foundation for putting together yet another memorable event.

		December 3, 2021 Each year we celebrate International Credit Union day in hopes of raising more awareness of the great work that credit unions do around the world to help improve the financial well-being of members, as well as provide opportunity and guidance for a brighter tomorrow. We couldn't have been prouder this year to see how everyone came together to share their experiences. We want to thank everyone who participated in our Giveaway as well as congratulate our 3 winners. 		November 29, 2021 Food insecurity continues to be a source of pain for many families within our communities and many struggle to make ends me. This holiday season is going to be even more crucial to serve those most vulnerable. We ask you to please join our effort in helping directly support local food pantry partners by visiting your local branch to donate canned and nonperishable food items. Donation bins are available now through December 2021.

		October 23, 2021 Thousands of attendees, 100's of local vendors, plenty of arts and crafts for the family, and delicious new food to try. The Granada Hills Branch had a great time supporting at the Granada Hills Street Faire. Pictured is our very own Patrick O'Grady, Granada Hills Branch manager. 		October 13, 2021 Premier America Foundation and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme have joined forces to deliver financial education to local teens. The partnership includes a $100,000 investment which will help increase available resources that will improve lives and benefit the community as a whole. “We are excited about the powerful impact that our long-term collaboration with the Boys and Girls Club will have,” says Diana Cervantes, VP of Business and Community Development (pictured 3rd from the right).

		October 7, 2021 Premier America's Marci Francisco, SVP, Chief Experience Officer, and Alex Gallardo, North Oxnard Branch Manager, represented Premier America at a recent Donor Reception. The reception was held to thank all donors who helped raise over $5 million for the Boys and Girls Club of Port Hueneme. Donations will be used to build learning centers for science, technology, engineering, math, and much more. The funds will open up new opportunities and shape the lives of the youth in our community. 		September 29, 2021 Education, job training and personal enrichment programs are just a few things the Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) does to serve young people in our community and we couldn't be happier to support their great efforts. Thank you for all the amazing work! Our team was very happy to connect with you at the recent Community Resource Fair.

		September 2021 We're excited to announce the winners of our 2021 Youth Scholarship award. Each applicant was rated based on their commitment to serving their communities, as well as to their education and past achievements. We want to congratulate our winners and wish everyone who applied great success in your journey ahead.

		August 28th and 29th The Premier America Team had a great weekend at the Port Hueneme Beach Festival. Along with the rest of the community, we enjoyed live music, carnival snacks, and, most importantly, great company! The Premier America team had the pleasure of meeting new faces and greeting familiar ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our weekend. We hope everyone had a chance to stop by our booth for some fun and we look forward to next year!

		August 12, 2021 Our Burbank Empire Center Branch was happy to be out in the community again for the Annual Burbank National Night Out. It's always a great time to gather as a community, especially post pandemic. The team shared great conversations, played fun games all while the Burbank Police & Fire Department took the opportunity to educate local kids about safety. Thank you to everyone who visited our booth. See you next year!
