When will I get my new card?

You can access your card immediately, digitally. Physical cards should arrive within 7-10 business days from the day you submit the request for a new card.

 

Where can I find this feature?

Card Management is located inside of Online Banking or the Mobile App, under Card Controls. Don't have Online Banking? Enroll now!

 

Is there a fee to replace my card?

Nope! All card replacement fees are waived. That's the beauty of banking with Premier America... less fees!
