You have the right to request correction of any personal information that we retain about you that is incorrect. We generally rely on you to update and correct your personal information.
e.Exercising Access, Data Portability, Deletion and Correction Rights
We will not require either of the above if the authorized agent provides a copy of a power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130 and we are able to verify the authorized agent’s identity. We will deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf and cannot verify their own identity to us. We will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response to the mailing address of record according to our files. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hinderance. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request.
